2.Scan copy of passport from Page1 to Page 7: resolution ≥ 300; 8 passport photos( including personal information page and all pages with entry&exit stamps ) (.jpg)

3.Scan copy of senior high school certificate

4.Academic transcripts

5.English or Chinese proficiency certificate (.jpg)

6.Nigerian applicants should provide parents' or sponsor’s financial guarantee letter and bank savings deposit of at least RMB 250,000,deposit period at least 3 months.

Remarks:

1.Students should prepare all application documents according to JZMU’s requirements on format (.jpg or .word). Or else, the documents are not able to be uploaded to the online system.

2.The submitted documents should be clear enough. If students failed to provide documents meeting the required standard will be refused for application.

Application and Payment Instructions

1. Visit website of College of International Education and finish the online application, keep the application No., and inform International Students Admissions Office of the application No.

2. Download resume form, fill out the form and save as .word format, then forward the document to us;

3. The application get approved → online interview → the applicant receive an E-offer;

4. Applicants wire USD1000 to LMU’s bank account ; forward the scanned bank receipt to our email.

5. JW202 form will be processed;JW202 is approved after about 12 working days,except for special case situations;

6.  Scanned JW202 will be sent to the applicant or agent; then students finish the payment of rest amount of first- year school fees with the deuction of the 1000 USD to LMU’s bank account; forward the scanned bank receipt to our email;

7. JW202 and admission notice will be posted to the applicant, with the tracking number informed to the applicant;

8. The applicant shall go to Chinese embassies (consulates) with PASSPORT, ADMISSION NOTICE and JW202 to apply for X1 visa and then come to JZMU to register before the deadline specified in JW202.

Remarks:

1. Registration deposit is non-refundable except visa refusal; in case of visa refusal, necessary proof is required for refund, and the refund amount of money should be after the deduction of application fee: 800RMB and bank transfer charge;the deposit cannot be refunded without the proof of visa refusal;

2. The registration deposit should be paid within 7 workdays after receiving an E-offer. If student failed to finish the payment as required, the application will be cancelled automatically, and the seat will be allocated to other stduent.

3. Students should finish all payment for his/her first year study within 10 workdays after receiving scan copies of Admission Letter and JW202 and before their arrival in China;

4. Students should apply X1 visa for his or her degree study in China; In case of any mistakes on visa application, student should take full responsibility for his or her mistakes;

5. In case of visa refusal, all the fees will be refunded in  December, 2015  after deduction of the application fee of   135 USD  and the necessary bank transfer charges.

6. Once students have finished registration and all the payment for their study in LMU, all the payment will not be refunded for personal reasons, upon transferring to another university or for suspension of studies. Moreover, the student's visa and residence permit will be canceled.

7. All payment should be settled in RMB.

II. Master’s Degree

Documents required for JW202 form:

3.Scan copy of bachelor degree certificate(Grade 12)

4.Academic transcripts

5.English or Chinese proficiency certificate(.jpg)

6.Two recommendation letters from university (associate)professors.

7.Nigerian applicants should provide parents' or sponsor’s financial guarantee letter and bank savings deposit of at least RMB 250,000,deposit period at least 3 months.
